CHURCH RESOURCE OFFICER

You will build on the amazing resources that are already in use and develop new ones that will be part of our profile of resources to the wider church. As a senior member of the Leadership and Development team, you will work collaboratively in the delivery of this work and therefore be a strong team player. You be an excellent communicator able to inspire others, and have strong interpersonal skills.

We are seeking someone who:
  • Has a critical understanding of cultural trends and how recent approaches to evangelism seek to address them;
  • Has experience of developing others;
  • Is experienced at speaking engagements and a passionate, inspiring speaker;
  • Demonstrates and models the values of Church Army.
Salary             £36,200 per annum
 
Hours 37.5 hours per week (including evenings and weekends on occasion)
 
Pension Employees will be assessed under auto-enrolment pension legislation and if eligible, minimum contributions will be made. 
 
Annual Leave 25 days per year plus bank holidays (33 days in total)
 
DBS Requirement
 
A DBS is not required for this role.

All staff are expected to read and comply with Church Army's Safeguarding Policy: Safer Ministry.
 
Occupational Requirement
 
This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement under the provisions made in the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder has an active faith in Jesus and in agreement with the vision and values of Church Army.
