OPERATIONS MANAGER

Details Are you a natural leader, passionate about helping vulnerable women and looking for a new challenge?

Our Marylebone Project in London is looking for a new Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all our client facing services. These include the supported accomodation, rough sleeper drop in, meaningful activity programme and our social enterprise.

As a senior leader you will join the team at an exciting time of transformation and growth. You will be an experienced manager of people and projects who is also creative, and a go getter. You will be a strong team player, able to inspire poepl and get the best out of them. You will be passionate about the work that we do and share in our desire to end homelessness. 

You will share in the general responsibilities of the management team, and be a leader that can model good practice and proactively help to shape culture. You will be able to work flexibly and manage a busy workload yet retain a commitment to investing in people and building a team.
 
Salary
 
£43, 573 per annum
Hours     40 hours a week across Monday to Friday. Usual hours are 8 hour days but some evening and weekend work may be required.
 
Pension You will be assessed under auto-enrollment pension legislation and if eligible, minimum contributions will be made.
 
Annual Leave 25 days plus bank holidays. The project is 24/7 and therefore some bank holiday work may be required
 
Contract full time, open ended
 
DBS
 
An enhanced DBS check required and compliance with Church Army’s safeguarding policies.

Safeguarding training will be required. 
 
Occupational Requirement
 

Physical requirement: The job regularly involves walking throughout the Project, which is based over 2 sites 100m apart, over a number of floors with stair access. There is also a requirement to travel across London for meetings and service user support. Physical mobility and ability to carry smaller items are required as essential.
